PEANUT BUTTER CHEESE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. crushed chocolate cookies
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 pkg. (12 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Crust - Spray sides and bottom of 10 inch spring form pan with Pam. Combine cookies with melted butter Pat lightly into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool.

CHOCOLATE SAUCE:

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. heavy cream
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Chocolate Sauce - Melt butter over low heat in medium saucepan. Add remaining ingredients, except vanilla. Cook over medium-high heat until rolling boil. Boil 3 minutes until thickened. Cool. Add vanilla. Spread over cheese cake. Chill.
