FLOUNDER CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 lbs. flounder fillets
3-4 medium sized potatoes
1 1/2 cans cream of shrimp soup
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped onion
8 oz. fresh or frozen sm. shrimp
1/2 stick butter
Salt & pepper

Place flounder fillets in 9"x13" casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Peel and slice potatoes to 1/4" thickness. Layer potato slices over top of flounder. Spread green pepper, onion and shrimp evenly over potato layer. Place dabs of butter on top. Salt and pepper as desired. Pour cream of shrimp evenly over casserole ingredients.

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
