CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked rice
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 c. chopped onion
Salt & pepper to taste

First cook chicken until tender. Take chicken out of broth. Put in 1 cup rice and cook until almost done. Take chicken from bone or leave in serving pieces. Mix all ingredients together and put in baking pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. NOTE: Drain any excess liquid from cooked rice before adding other ingredients.
