MOM'S FRUITCAKE 
2 1/2 cups sifted all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 jar of mincemeat
1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
1 cup mixed nuts
1 cup walnuts (preferably black walnuts)
1 - 2 lbs candied fruit

Butter and flour bundt pans.

Sift flour and baking soda together, set aside. Mix milk and eggs, beat and slowly add,nuts, fruit and mincemeat. Add flour slowly and a pinch of salt. Pour into pan and bake at 300°F for 1 hr 45 minutes to 2 hours. Let stand till almost cool.

Better when made a month ahead of time to allow to age.
