SWEDISH PINEAPPLE CAKE | |
2 eggs, beaten 2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1 can crushed pineapple with juice 2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 c. pecans or walnuts (cut up) Mix well and pour into 9x13 greased cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. ICING: 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese 1 stick butter 1 3/4 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. pecans or walnuts Mix well and spread over warm cake. |
