3 to 4 lbs. round tip roast
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of celery soup or cream of mushroom soup

Place roast in crock pot. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over top. Empty contents of can of soup with 1/3 can water. Let cook several hours or all day while you work.
