SPINACH DIP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 c. plain yogurt
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. minced green onion
1 tbsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. dried tarragon
1/4 tsp. dried chives
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. salt

Thaw and wring spinach dry. Combine remaining ingredients and stir in spinach. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with raw vegetables - celery, green pepper, broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower.
