SUKYAKI 
1 lb. sirloin steak
1 onion, chopped
1 bunch scallions, leave whole
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can bean sprouts, drained & rinsed
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1 tbsp. soy sauce or more to taste
2 cans beef broth
1 can water

Brown meat, onions, celery. Add mushrooms and beef broth. Simmer until meat is tender. Thicken with cornstarch. Then add rest of vegetables.
