MUSTARD CHICKEN 
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1/2 c. Dijon mustard
1/2 c. coarse ground mustard
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
4 whole boned chicken breasts

Preheat broiler. Dry chicken breasts. Place on broiler, season with salt and pepper. Drizzle half of the butter on it. Broil until brown, approximately 2-5 minutes. Blend mustards and brush on chicken. Drizzle with remaining butter. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Broil 2-3 minutes; reduce oven to 400 degrees and bake 15-20 minutes.
