PERFECT PECAN PIE 
3 eggs
3/4 c. corn syrup
1/4 c. butter (2 sticks for 4 pies)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. pecans

Mix all together. Pour in pie shells. Cook 10 minutes at 450 degrees. then cut heat to 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
