MY "FAVORITE" BOILED POT PIE 
Use reserved broth from beef, ham, turkey or chicken. My family likes "ham" the best. Bring broth to rolling boil. I add diced potatoes, onions and parsley flakes to mine. Salt and pepper, if desired. I also add some of the meat to my broth.

To make dough: 1 egg (reserve egg shell)

Use half of the egg shell and fill with water. Add to other dry ingredients and mix.

Shape into a ball. Roll dough out on a floured surface. Cut into 2-3 inch squares. After cutting dough, add to boiling broth, 1 layer at a time; stir before adding next layer. Cook thoroughly. Stir occasionally. Enjoy!
