ZUCCHINI APPETIZERS 
3 c. thinly sliced, unpared zucchini (4 sm.)
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram or oregano leaves
Dash of pepper
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Heat oven to 350 to 375 degrees. Grease 9x13x2 inch pan. Mix all ingredients together, spread in pan. Bake until golden brown, about 30 minutes. Cut into pieces about 2x1 inch or triangles. Makes about 4 dozen appetizers. Freezes well.
