ADOBONG PUSIT (SQUID) 
1 lb. squids (med. size)
5 cloves garlic, crushed
1 sm. onion, sliced
1/2 c. vinegar
2 c. water
2 tbsp. cooking oil
Salt or soy sauce to taste
Pepper, ground to taste
2 lg. tomatoes, sliced

Put the squids in a saucepan after cleaning them thoroughly. Add the vinegar, garlic, pepper, salt or soy sauce and water. Cover and cook slowly until squids are tender. Drain, separate the garlic and fry until brown. Add the onion and tomatoes. Add the squids and continue to cook for a few minutes. Add the broth in which squids have been cooked and bring to a boil.
