CINNAMON GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST 
1 2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Make fine crumbs with a rolling pin or in blender. Reserve 1/4 cup crumbs to top pie. Melt butter in a 9 inch pie pan, add sugar, cinnamon, and cracker crumbs and mix thoroughly. Press mixture firmly in pie pan. Chill and add your favorite filling or freeze for ice cream pie.
