CHICKEN-A-LA-FLETCHER-LEWIN- 
3 c. diced cooked chicken
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1/2 onion, chopped
1 box wild rice mix
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 c. shredded cheese (1/2 Cheddar, 1/2 Monterey Jack)

1. Saute mushrooms, onions and celery in butter.

2. Mix in cooked wild rice mix.

3. Layer mixture in greased 13x9 casserole.

4. Put chicken on top of rice mix.

5. Cover with sauce:

1/3 c. milk
1 c. mayonnaise
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. lemon juice

6. Top with cheese.

7. Sprinkle with paprika.

8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
