BUTTERY SHRIMP DE JONGHE | |
2/3 c. sweet butter 2 tbsp. dried chives 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 lb. shrimp 1 1/2 c. crushed thin bacon flavored crackers Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter. Add chives, garlic and pepper; stir. Dip shrimp in melted butter and roll in crumbs. Layer in baking dish. Add remainder of crumbs. Bake 24-30 minutes. |
