SPRING SALAD 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 c. hot water
1 can evaporated milk
1 can crushed pineapple, mostly drained
Graham cracker crumbs

Mix cream cheese and sugar; set aside. Mix Jello and hot water; chill until just a little thickened. In the mean time pour evaporated milk into a mixing bowl and chill the milk plus the electric mixer beaters.

Whip the milk until it gets fluffy like Cool Whip. (Chilling before hand makes whipping easier.) Combine all ingredients except crumbs. Put crumbs on bottom of a 3 quart casserole dish, pour in mixture and top with more crumbs.
