32 oz. bottle catsup
1 pt. vinegar
3 c. sugar
1 pt. Wesson oil
1 tsp. salt
2 garlic cloves or garlic powder
2 gallons hot banana peppers
2 lbs. wieners, cut into chunks

Bring sauce to boiling. Add peppers and wieners. Boil 10 minutes. Pack in jars. Process in boiling water 10 to 15 minutes. (1/2 the recipe can be used.)
