1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt

Put all ingredients in blender. Blend well. Pour into 10 inch pie plate, buttered. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. It will make a crust on bottom, filling in center, coconut on top.
