BREADED VEAL CHOPS 
4 veal chops
4 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. Cheese Nips crackers, crushed
1 1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 egg
1 tbsp. water

Mix crushed crackers with marjoram. Beat egg with fork, add water. Coat chops with crumbs, dip in egg and coat again in crumbs. Melt butter in frying pan until sizzling and brown chops on both sides. Add more butter, if necessary. Turn burner as low as possible, cover and cook slowly 35 to 45 minutes depending on thickness of chops. Add a small amount of water to pan to avoid burning crust. Leftover crumbs can be stored in refrigerator in covered container.
