MEAT LOVERS JAMBALAYA 
1 1/2 c. water
1 lb. cubed ham
2 onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. minute rice
3 tbsp. butter
Ground pepper to taste
1 pkg. hot smoked sausage
1 lb. shrimp
2 peppers, chopped
1 can tomato sauce
2 tsp. oregano

Chop sausage into 1/4 inch slices. Chop onion and peppers into 1/4 inch pieces. Clean and devein shrimp. Add shrimp, onion, water, pepper, and sausage into crock pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer 20 minutes. Cube ham and add to pot. Add tomato sauce, rice, and spices. Continue simmering 30 minutes to an hour. Serves 4 to 6.
