CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 pieces stewed chicken breast (save broth)
1 can cream of chicken soup (mix with 1 can broth)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (mix with 1 can broth)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (or pan cornbread, cooked)
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning

Grease pan 13 x 9 inch with butter. Remove bones from chicken. Pour melted butter over stuffing mix. Sprinkle poultry seasoning on and stir well. Then, place layer of stuffing mix in bottom of pan, layer of chicken in small pieces, half of chopped onion, cream of chicken mixed with 1 can chicken broth. Place another layer of stuffing, chicken, rest of onion, cream of mushroom soup mixed with 1 can chicken broth. Place remaining stuffing mix on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
