BROCCOLI CORN BREAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped and thawed
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 stick butter, melted
4 eggs, well beaten
3/4 tsp. salt
1 (8 1/2 oz.) box corn bread mix

Drain broccoli well, combine first 6 ingredients. Stir in corn bread mix. Pour into greased 9x13x2 inch pan for 35 minutes at 400 degrees. This is a moist bread. May use less eggs, if desired.
