PLAIN PANCAKES 
2 c. all purpose flour
6 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1/3 c. Wesson oil or Equal

Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Beat eggs, stir in milk and Wesson oil. Add dry ingredients, beat to a smooth batter. Drop by teaspoonfuls or (pour from pitcher) onto hot ungreased griddle. Bake until underside is golden brown and bubbles appear over surface; turn and bake other side.

This was yummy and easy to make. I have made it multiple times but this morning I noticed I didn't have any eggs left.. So instead of the eggs I put 2 tbsp. Of butter (melted) and it was just as yummy but this time the pancakes were so much fluffier. Try it!

Very good and easy to make. I reduced the sugar to 1 tsp to reduce calories and they turned out very tasty.
