BEEF AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
Dash pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 lg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
6 spring green onions
Sm. pkg. very thin noodles
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Brown beef in butter. Add next 5 ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes. Mix together cream cheese, sour cream and green onions. Make layer of noodles, meat, cheese mixture, end with meat. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes if warm, 45 minutes if cold. Serves 8 to 10.

(Can refrigerate for a day or two before baking or can freeze for up to a year.)
