RED BEAUTY JELLY 
1 qt. bottled apple juice
1 pkg. pectin
4 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. red hot candies

Combine juice and pectin in large pan and bring to a full, rolling boil. Add sugar and red hots, stirring constantly. Bring to a rolling boil again, maintaining for 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and skim off foam. Pour into hot jelly jars to 1/2- inch from top. Seal with paraffin.
