SUGARLESS HERMIT COOKIES 
2 eggs, beaten well
5 grams sugar substitute (tablet, liquid or pkg.)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sour milk or water or milk
1/2 c. oil
1 c. quick oats
2 c. flour
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts
2 tbsp. molasses

Mix all together and let stand 1 hour or more. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until done.
