PICO' de GALLO 
3 cups finely chopped onion
3 cups finely diced tomatoes
2 tsps. finely chopped serrano or jalapeno peppers (for extra hot)
Juice of 2 limes
Salt, pepper and garlic to taste

Combine all ingredients. Makes about 1 quart. Use peppers only if you like yours extra hot!
