RUMAKI 
1 lb. bacon, cut in half
1 lb. chicken livers, halved
1 can water chestnuts, halved

MARINATING SAUCE:

1 c. honey
1 c. sherry
1 c. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground ginger (optional)

Wrap 1/2 strip of bacon around half piece of liver and half piece of chestnut. Secure with a toothpick. Marinate overnight, turning at least once. These can be made ahead and frozen, if desired. Broil in oven under flame or in microwave. About 30 pieces.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
