MACARONI SALAD 
8 oz. sea shell or elbow macaroni
1 c. mayonnaise or Spinblend
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. chopped onion
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 c. thinly sliced celery
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 hard cooked egg, sliced for decoration
Chopped green pepper (optional)
Chopped cucumber (optional)

Cook macaroni, then cool. Add all other ingredients except egg slices. Toss well, cover and chill. May be made a day ahead.
