BRAISED PORK CHOPS 
6 to 8 lean pork chops
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. oil
1 can cream of chicken soup

Coat chops with mixture of flour, salt, mustard, and garlic salt. Brown on both sides in hot oil in skillet. Put chops in slow cooker and add soup. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours, high 3 to 4 hours.
