6 eggs
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Blend all ingredients in blender for 11 seconds. Pour into skillet with bubbling melted butter. Stir until done. Will be fluffy. Serves 4.
