GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sliced carrots, drained
1 pkg. (8 oz.) egg noodles

Brown ground beef, drain grease. Combine beef, soup and carrots. Use a little milk to thin, if necessary. Simmer over medium heat. Cook noodles in boiling water until tender. Serve ground beef mixture over noodles.
