CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. milk
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. 10x sugar
2 oz. melted unsweetened chocolate

Blend cheese, milk, vanilla and salt. Gradually add sugar, beating until frosting is smooth and of spreading consistency. If necessary, stir in additional milk, one tablespoon at a time. Before adding sugar, stir in chocolate; cool.
