NAPOLEON CREMES 
1 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 beaten egg
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla instant pudding
2 tbsp. milk
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter

Place 1/2 cup butter, sugar, cocoa and vanilla in double boiler and cook until blended. Add beaten egg and cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat; add nuts, coconut and cracker crumbs. Press into buttered 7 1/2 x 11 x 1/2 inch pan and chill.

Cream 1/2 cup butter, powdered sugar and vanilla pudding. Beat in milk; spread on 1st layer and chill.

Melt chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons butter. Cool and spread on top of 2nd layer. Set aside for 15 minutes. Cut into squares and return to refrigerator.
