MOTHER'S DAY CASSEROLE 
1 fryer chicken, cut up
Salt
Pepper
1 can of mushroom soup
1 can of chicken gumbo soup

Salt and pepper chicken lightly. Place in a flat type casserole. Mix mushroom and gumbo soup. Pour over chicken.

Bake at 375 degrees for one hour, until chicken is tender. Serves 4.
