SCALLOPED POTATOES | |
2 lbs. frozen hash browns 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can Cheddar cheese soup 1 soup can of milk 1 stick butter, cut up 1/4 c. onion (optional) 1/4 c. green pepper (optional) Grease 9 x 13 inch dish. Put in frozen potatoes. Mix soups and milk in bowl and pour over potatoes. Cook in oven at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour. Stir up potatoes and cook for 1 1/2 hours longer. |
