FRENCH FRIED CAULIFLOWER 
1 lg. head cauliflower
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Cook cauliflower 5 minutes in small amount of boiling water. Combine egg, milk, and butter. Gradually add flour and salt. Dip serving size pieces of cauliflower in batter and deep fry until golden brown (2 to 3 minutes).
