2 env. unflavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. real lemon
1 can crushed pineapple
2 pkgs. Dream Whip, prepared
1 angel food cake
1 pkg. Dream Whip, prepared

Dissolve gelatin in 4 tablespoons cold water. Add boiling water, salt, sugar, lemon and pineapple. Refrigerate until partly jelled. Add 2 packages Dream Whip. Tear cake into pieces and layer with jelled mixture in large bowl. Set in refrigerator until firm. Turn onto plate. Frost with 1 package Dream Whip. Sprinkle with coconut.
