TACO SALAD 
1 lb. hamburger (may use shredded chicken or pork)
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. taco sauce and diced chilies
Tabasco sauce to taste
Minced garlic
3 or 4 green onions
1 sm. red onion, chopped
3/4 head lettuce
3 lg. tomatoes or several cherry tomatoes
1/2 c. shredded or diced cheddar cheese
2 c. corn chips, Fritos
Parmesan cheese and salt to taste

Brown meat well and keep crumbly. Pour off fat, add water, taco sauce, chilies, garlic and salt. Simmer 20 minutes.

Break up lettuce into bite size pieces, cut tomatoes and onions. Just before serving, add corn chips, meat sauce, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Be creative, add avocados, sour cream, kidney beans, olives or whatever! Lawry's taco seasoning may be sprinkled in (1/4 to 1/2 pkg.)
