HERBED BEEF ROAST | |
1 beef eye round roast, 5 to 6 lbs. 1/2 c. flour 3 tsp. salt 1 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. basil 1 tsp. marjoram Place roast on sheet of waxed paper. Mix other ingredients in a cup. Pat well into on roast. Store in refrigerator overnight. Place on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Do not cover or add water. Slowly roast at 250 degrees for about 3 or 4 hours or until done. Serves 25. Make gravy from drippings. |
