CROCK POT STEW 
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. boiled chicken
1 c. onions
2 cans cream style corn
1 qt. tomatoes
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (10 oz.) bottle ketchup
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Brown meat and onions, drain. Combine with remaining ingredients, cook in crock pot for 3 hours on high. May be frozen.
