MINI - MORSEL MUFFINS 
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. all purpose flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
12 oz. mini chocolate chips

For topping, mix brown sugar, butter and flour. Stir in nuts and 1/2 cup mini - chips. Set aside.

MUFFINS:

1 1/3 c. all purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 stick butter, softened
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
2/3 c. sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside. Beat butter, sugar and vanilla extract until stiff. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add flour mixture alternately with sour cream. Fold in remaining mini - chips. Spoon into paper - lined muffin cups, filling each about 1/2 full. Sprinkle each with 1 rounded tablespoon of topping. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cool. Makes 18 muffins.
