LILLIAN'S HOOK PATTERN PIKE 
3 lbs. walleye pike fillets or any white fish
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, fresh
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
Parsley, chopped
Paprika

Wipe pike fillets off with clean, damp cloth; pat dry and place in lightly greased shallow baking pan. Combine sour cream, butter, cheese, lemon pepper and spread over fillets in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove fish from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serves 5.

Pretty good. Next time I think I'll cut back on the butter to about 1 tbsp. Very rich. Would also be good on bass. It's a keeper!
