2 c. pasta (8 oz.)
1/2 tbsp. salt
6 c. boiling water

Place pasta in a 3 quart glass casserole. Pour in the boiling water and add salt. Cook in center of oven, uncovered, for 3 minutes. Stir. Cook for 3 minutes more. Let sit covered for 10 minutes. Less time for thin spaghetti.
