MARINATED CARROTS 
2 cans carrots, drained
1 large onion, cut up
1 large green pepper, cut up

Combine in 2-quart bowl.

Sauce:

1 can tomato soup
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. salad oil

Bring to a boil and stir to dissolve sugar. Pour over carrots, onion and pepper. Chill. Make 2 days before serving.
