SWEDISH EGG CAKES 
2 eggs
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. sugar
5 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. sweet milk
Dash of salt

Beat eggs. Add flour and sugar. Stir in the milk and salt. The batter should be very thin and a small amount of milk may have to be added. Grease frying pan lightly and heat to 350 degrees. These are really good with butter, sugar and cinnamon sprinkled on top of them and then rolled up.
