3 to 4 lb. shoulder pork roast (boneless) 1 lg. can Ortega green chile salsa 1 med. can Ortega chopped green chiles Garlic salt to taste In crock pot place pork roast (sprinkled with garlic salt to taste), can of green salsa and chopped chiles. Turn crock pot to medium setting. Cook 6 to 8 hours until pork is tender. |
