1 c. Pearl tapioca 6 c. water 1 lb. dates 3 c. brown sugar Pinch of salt Marshmallows, if desired Soak overnight. In morning, add dates, brown sugar, and salt. Add marshmallows, if desired. Bake in 325 degree oven until solid. Done when clear. When cool, mix with whipped cream. Fix part at a time if all is not needed at once. Fruit part will keep in refrigerator for several days.
