CRUNCH CRUST FRENCH TOAST 
1 egg
1/3 c. milk
2 tsp. sugar
Few grains cinnamon
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/3 c. crushed corn flakes
3 tbsp. butter
4 slices bread

Blend egg, milk, sugar, and cinnamon. Mix coconut and corn flakes. Dip bread slices in egg mixture, then coat with coconut mixture. Heat butter in skillet. Brown bread on both sides. Serve with syrup and butter.

To make this even MORE yummy and delish, switch the corn flakes with coarsely crushed Cap'n Crunch....its SOOO good!!!
